Shen is making his fourth Championship start in 2026. Earlier this year, he earned his sixth CLPGQ win in China and competed in World Amateur Golf Ranking events in Australia, Spain, Scotland, England and Finland. In 2025, he won the Hong Kong Open Amateur, successfully defended his title in the Hong Kong Close Amateur and finished runner-up in the Singapore Open Amateur.
